The now famed Don Julio got started in the Tequila industry at the age of 17 and in the 40 years that followed he built a formidable reputation for quality. This Blanco Tequila encapsulates the man’s approach to production and maintains as much of the bright and crisp agave flavour as possible. You will find note of lemon oil, agave syrup and kaffir lime leaves, with hints of grass and minerals on the finish.
