At Curated Whisky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we have outlined our straightforward returns and cancellation policy below.
You can return any unopened and unused items excluding hampers within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns Process
- Notify us via our Contact Us page or by sending an email to our customer service team at info@curatedwhisky.com to initiate your return.
- We will review your request and provide confirmation.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the items.
- Repackage the item in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- Send the item back as instructed in our confirmation email.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all seals intact.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items.
- We will reimburse you the return courier costs for unwanted items.
- We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your peace of mind.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- You may be asked to provide photos of any damage or incorrect items.
- Please wait for our confirmation before returning any items.
- We will reimburse you the return courier costs for damaged or incorrect items.

- Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged in your possession or during return.

Hampers
- Due to the perishable nature of our items, all hampers are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.
